Welcome to Temp Mail Instant ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and using our website (the "Website") and our temporary email service (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or Service.

2. Description of Service

Temp Mail Instant provides a temporary, disposable email service that allows users to receive emails at a randomly generated email address for a limited, pre-defined period (the "Expiry Period"). After the Expiry Period, the email address and all received emails associated with it are permanently and automatically deleted. Premium services may offer variations to the Expiry Period or other features as described during subscription.

We utilize third-party services like ForwardEmail.net to facilitate email reception.

3. Use of Service

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to online services) to use the Service.

3.2 Lawful and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

You agree **not** to use the Service:

Using the Service for illegal or prohibited activities may result in immediate termination or suspension of access without notice and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Premium Services

Terms specific to any premium subscription services, including features, payment, billing cycles, cancellation, and refunds, will be presented separately at the time of subscription and will supplement these general Terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

NEITHER Temp Mail Instant NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH Temp Mail Instant MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER Temp Mail Instant NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH Temp Mail Instant REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE RELIABILITY OR TIMELINESS OF EMAIL DELIVERY TO YOUR TEMPORARY ADDRESS OR THE PERMANENT DELETION OF DATA AFTER EXPIRY. DELAYS OR FAILURES IN EMAIL DELIVERY CAN OCCUR DUE TO FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

7. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Temp Mail Instant and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use or misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
